Ground/Terre, 2021
My grandmother often shared childhood memories of walking barefoot in the first furrows of her settler father’s plough and bearing witness to the unearthing of bundles of pemmican. 90 years later, using X Ray scans of pemmican ingredients, I projected these scans of sustaining pemmican ingredients back where they belong, the land.
